The worst person I’ve encountered in a while. Forced me to buy the most useless overpriced tape so I could tape the papers to my parcel. And was also extending rude to me after when I forgot my bank card at home. Report this shop!

Yikes. I wish I had read the reviews before trying to return a parcel here. Avoid at all costs.

They don’t take packageless returns (even though it says on both Amazon and on the Hermès scanner in the store they do). He tried to get me to buy packing tape to which I said …. Absolutely not. I’ve reported him/this location to both Amazon and Hermès.

I’m guessing from the other reviews it’s the same guy as who I dealt with was a really unenjoyable human. He obviously has some issues so would suggest you take your business/packages elsewhere.

The cashier (who i assume is the owner) was extremely rude the moment I walked into the store to pick up a parcel. I showed him my ID for verification and he proceeded to grab it, however, I said I do not wish him to touch it as we are in a global pandemic. He aggressively responded by saying "well how are you going to take the parcel then" to watch I said that I have a bag for it and will disinfect it later- Not that I actually had to explain myself. After giving me my parcel he then started asking me very personal questions and where I am from. He kept saying I am lying and wouldn't scan the parcel so I could go. Eventually I just grabbed the parcel and left. The whole situation made me so uncomfortable and frustrated that I felt I had to share. Do not use the services at this store.

Rude and aggressive cashier

The cashier is probably extremely bored which might explain how unfriendly he is but he could as a minimum reply to "hi", not listen to music & watch when paying and answer basic questions.
