This morning I purchased an egg & cheese muffin from co-op hot section and to cut the long story short - it was absolutely terrible.
All I can feel is the belly aches from consuming it and honestly it urged me to write this email.
I think consumer feedback is extremely important for brands and emails like this should trigger an instant urge to do better with product.
