I had an experience similar to the previous reviewer while I was collecting my Evri/Hermes parcel. The staff was unhelpful and blatantly rude.

Awful. Very rude towards me in the shop and when I pointed this out they aggressively shouted at me as I walked away from the shop. I would complain to Hermes as it was a drop-off they do not make that at all easy.
