Terribly rude staff! Accused me of stealing and their food area is filthy and unhygienic.
At 21h00 on 19 Feb 2025, I went to M11 Local to purchase some snacks and tobacco. The instant I walked through the door, the only staff member in the shop started making unwelcoming remarks. When I later went to the cashier to pay for my things and ask for a specific brand of tobacco, he stared at me accusingly and refused to sell me tobacco. So I left my items on the counter and walked out. He then ran out after me accusing me of stealing a chocolate. TERRIBLE experience, AVOID!
