Very rude!! Unbelievable!! The lady hung up the phone when I enquired about my parcel so I had to go their in person. When I got to the shop to to find out what was happening she was still very rude and very dismissive. I didn't get my package and I still don't have it. They are conning people and taking their parcels. Don't support this business any further!
