Chiswick Dental Care

The fact that I travel from Hackney (in East London) to Chiswick Dental Care in West London should tell you all you need to know. They are brilliant! In fact I know one person who moved from London to Yorkshire, and still comes back to Chiswick for the dentist.
They are not out to make big money, they are out to help their patients.
Out of all the dentists I've had over the last 30+ years, these are the only one I really trust.

Was told I needed 4 fillings and would need to take off a veneer to add filling and replace veneer . I was also quoted non nhs ( even though i asked for the nhs price), prices and booked into a full priced cleaning and when I asked how much was talked down to, about having a job and how long I will have to wait for an NHS appointment. Thank goodness I left and went to another dentist for a second opinion. I Was told that everything was find , no work needed and charged just £17. I would not recommend chiswick dental practice.

As I was new to the area, I registered. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. The surgery was clean, the staff friendly and the dentist helpful, she explained my treatment both NHS and private options and gave me time to fully understand what I needed and what were the best options for me. I got a follow up appointment the following week and I am really happy with my treatment. The dentist put me at ease and I have made an appointment for 6 months time.

I joined this practice last month. I was very happy with the treatment I received here. The dentist made me feel at ease and explained all the NHS and private options available to me. The staff were very friendly alike. I hadn't been to the dentist for years and happy to say my faith has been restored.
I would definetley recommend this dentist.

I joined this dental practice in March 2009 as they were advertising for new NHS patients. After arriving at the practice for my appointment the dentist asked what I did for a living, after telling her I was an I.T. consultant she suggested I would get a quicker/better service as a private patient. I had to pay up front for some of the treatment and then I had to cancel the appointment with a weeks notice due to work commitments (away fro m London) the £70 deposit I paid was reimbursed to the value of £60. Today I had an appointment for 16:30, at 16:13 I received a call saying they were running behind and had to re-schedule my appointment(on my voice mail).I was on my way to the dentist at this point, I explained I had missed work for the appointment but nevertheless they wouldn't see me that day. I complained profusely but to no avail, I intend to complain about this dentist to ICAS as they seem to be giving preferential treatment to people with more money in their back pockets. I would NOT recommend this dentist for any treatment whatsoever.
