Very helpful in the shop choosing samples etc but no follow-up when I rang the following week to say I was ready to place an order and arrange for measurements. No estimate was sent as promised on the phone. No reply to subsequent phone messages. I gave up after two weeks and went to another curtain shop where I got the expected service.

Having recently completed renovations to our flat, I wanted someone to make the blinds and curtains for the windows. Angela at Village Curtains in Highgate was recommended to me by a friend. I found her ideas and advice, attention to detail and most of all her professional, friendly service marvellous, I couldn’t fault a thing. I am very happy to recommend her excellent services on to others.

Zero customer service. My curtains were fine but unfortunately took five months to arrive (I was quoted 5 weeks) and then only came when I continually emailed and phoned. If you use this company, remember you are the customer and just a nuisance in the eyes of the company!
