All the food at Ottolenghi is made in their kitchens, right below the shops. The Ottolenghi philosophy requires that everything is hand crafted with extreme care and attention, from basic raw ingredients. The croissants, for example, are made in the traditional French way over three days, using French flour and butter. The vegetables are delivered early in the morning from the market to be freshly prepared for the day.
