The Ivory Room

Unprofessional & Disrespectful. I requested an appointment via their website. I was given dates a week earlier than requested. I changed my work schedule to fit in. I called an hour prior to my appointment to ask if I needed to go a little earlier since it was to be my first time. Ivory Dental Care had given my appointment to someone else! No explanation other than that they did not see the email I'd sent them because they do not work on Tuesdays. Ivory Dental Care is not for working professionals with limited time, and they mismanage their online appointments.
