North Square Dental Practice

I visited the practice recently having signed up as nhs patient awhile ago and was made to sign documents as a private patient while in pain. This is dispicable to treat patients and overcharge while they under the influence or pain. I have expressed this to the dentist who didn't care and plan to follow up on it. Be careful for the ones registered as NHS patients here as it doesn't exist.

I also had a negative experience there. I had to complain to the NHS and the General Dental council about it. It was pretty much the same experience that is written in the first review. The dentist didn't want to listen to me describing ongoing pain. He also didn't give me a prescription for it, even though I said I needed one. He used a mechanical polisher on the biting edges of my teeth, even after I asked him not to. He was unconcerned about the possibility of damaging my teeth. I would also not recommend North Square Dental Practice to anyone else.

I had the same kind of negative experience. They didn't want to listen to me and caused me pain when using tools on my teeth. I won't recommend this dentist to anyone.

Recently attended this practice. Had to wait a very long time to be seen. I found the dentist to be unwilling to listen to concerns and description of symptoms, concerns with their examination technique and performance of treatment, as well as being dismissive in attitude. They also damaged a tooth.
