Dr. Zoriana was very good, the treatment I recieved was exellent.
Also her assistant Iryna was very helpfull.
I recommend you to book with Dr. Zoriana. I am greatfull for both ladys treatment. Very kind ladys.

I had multiple pains and infections, and had my nerve aggravated as well as such serious pain that I could not bear.

My old dentist Dr Ireland had left so I had no dentist, I had been recommended Mr Wong.
I normally have a high threshold for pain. But the pain was unbearable.

Mr Wong has been a godsend, not only is he very quick to understand what is going on with teeth and treatment. But also gave me pain killers and antibiotics for pain and infections.

He was super kind and very compassionate about what he does. I feel that he really loves doing teeth.

I had to have two teeth out, as they super deteriorated and very quickly did the referral for the dental hospital. This was after the last co vid lockdown. So teeth had was not good.

Then he was super eager, careful in showing me techniques and recommendations in what I should do, in taking care and maintaining my teeth. I loved talking with him about my teeth, as he made me feel that I am able to do it effectively.

When I had got back to Mr Wong, he explained very well everything that is going to happen, what I need to do.

So being nervous as my teeth started to hurt, had called up dentist and had an appointment. Everyone of the receptionist is super helpful and professional, putting me at ease.

So I had a root cancel today, was super nervous, Mr Wong and the dental nurse was so lovely and caring. Mr Wong the dentist, has an extremely light hand in giving the injection. I honestly don't even know why I was so nervous. I felt that i could trust him.

They put me in ease, my tooth had been so painful, I am actually looking forward to my next appointment.

the dentists i used to see here are good, friendly and i was pleased with their work. the other staff are terrible. i am disabled and use a cane to walk. i do not walk fast, i just cant. i was walking down the stairs slowly to make sure i wouldnt fall and was snapped at to "hurry up" by one of the older women staff. awful people, awful dental surgery. ableist, thoughtless and nasty.

Awful reception attitude and the assistant manager is not much help either. Turned away a patient in pain because they had cancelled an appointment 3 years ago in less than 24 hours. Stated that it wastes nhs money but then had to call 111 costing the nhs more money. This dentist does not care about the patients just money. Would advise going elsewhere.

The rotten attitude and approach of the receptionists needs a proper brush-up. I went to register as a new patient at the Pickering dental surgery, Upper Street the other day and filled out the necessary forms. I then realised that I had forgotten to take my HC2 certificate with me and could not remember my HC2 registration number. Despite suffering lots of pain I was turned away and absolutely refused to register me. I went to Pickering because it is nearest to me after moving house. But big mistake. I was in tears by the time I reached (my saviour) my old dental surgery.
