My Dentist

I would have rated this company less if I had the option. It is a for profit company operated by Integrated Dental Holdings (IDH). My disgusting experience is as follows:

I had a terrible experience with their branch in Plaistow (Barking Road). Receptionists were rude, unprofessional, ignorant and unhelpful. I had a terrible toothache and after paying their £20.60 fee, I was ripped off as this was merely a consultation with no treatment for 10 minutes. For me to have treatment, I would have had to have booked another appointment and then fork out another £35.

I left in agony and no foreseeable appointment for some 2 weeks. I contacted another local dentist in East Ham who advised me to call the 111 service at 18:00, as their practice offered a emergency service after 19:00. I did this, and true to the receptionist advice, I was seen and treated at 19:20 for... £20.60.

I realised that My Dentist operates without integrity and is merely a money making venture.
