L Ziman & Associates

I have always used Lizman and had a wonderful service from them. I will normally have a clean when I have my check up.
But my last 2 visits have made me a little confused. I asked why I was not having a clean and was told I needed to see the hygienist to have a clean. The cost of that is approx £56.00.
If the dentist was not going to give me a clean having paid £25.80, could that not be taken off the cost for the hygienist?

Unfortunately due to my child with SEN I've missed appointments for various reasons, and I wasn't made aware that I would be refused treatment. I will be seeking advice from Lewisham PAL about this because this is discrimination due being a carer for a SEN child.

Today I went to the hygienist. As some who used to visit hygienist at least once a year but tried for twice a year for many years at different dental surgery's, because of last 3 years i couldn't visit due to the countries situation, im over pleased at the results & was so impressed with the hygienist & the care & efficiency i received today , I HAD to give a positive review. I used to be a jumpy patient but age has calmed me although I suffer still with anxiety, but this Dental practice is top. Iv been a patient for roughly 5 years now with only 1 bad experience with a stand in dentist years ago. Great practice for adults & children. ( I also have a nervous 13 yr old daughter who has really progressed with each visit to this dentists 🙂)

My treatment was amazing. I was made to feel comfortable and reassured. I am very happy with the outcome of my treatment overall. Well done to Chris and his assistant. May I just add the receptionists are also very polite and friendly.

I'm 24 years old and have avoided dentists as I have a huge phobia about going!

I had to go last week for 2 fillings, and I never thought I would have such a good experience. The receptionists are helpful and friendly, my dentist explained everything to me and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable- no scary dentist vibes in here! Pricing was really reasonable and explained fully throughout, cannot recommend enough.
