Would not use felt they did not care weather they treated you or not

I visited the practice today and the receptionist was a breath of fresh air. It was very busy but she made time for everyone and spoke to everyone nicely as well as being extremely efficient in her job. I really liked her style.

There is a lovely black woman at the reception who has been there for 7 years since I have been coming she is so helpful and always has a smile on her face. That's the kind of customer service that makes me keep coming back.

I've been a member of this Dentist a few years. When you first enter the building the reception has always been very welcoming and positive and very friendly with a smile.
I always have the most amazing dental visit, the service was excellent and very friendly, my dentist is incredibly talented, I definitely feel cared for.
I will highly recommend this dentist to others in conversation.

I have had no problem, very helpfull, friendly, always have a good laugh with both reception and dentist. Have also find my dentist will advice me and always give me warnings and next stage if may be.

Very rude and aggressive receptionist

Terrified of dentists but called in to Dulwich dental clinic with toothache, the receptionist was great made an appointment for the following day, the dentist was great put me at ease had treatment no toothache now don't think i would be afraid to use this dentist again, the dentist was excellent, i would recommend this practice to anyone.

I have to stop here to leave this little note to say how grateful I am to all staffs and dentists who work very hard at Dulwich Dental Clinic. Not only to provide the friendly environment which makes all sort of patients comfortable and satisfied, but also consistency of professionalism. At Dulwich dental clinic, you do not need to go back to resolve the same problem twice, as it will be sort it out permanently. I have been patient at this clinic for almost TEN YEARS and have only experience good dental treatments. My dentist explains everything thoroughly; my oral hygiene has been improved drastically since attending this clinic. All staff members, receptionists and nurses are very polite and always act as true professionals. After visiting Dulwich dental Clinic, my wife who is Brazilian, and believed there are no better dentist than Brazilian dentists, admitted dentists and staff at Dulwich Dental Clinic , specially Dr Nadjafi, are great and they provide a good dentistry . At end I like to thank Dulwich Dental clinic for all their hard work, help and carrying and please carry on like this. God bless you all. Highly recommended.
