Where to start: Happy with everything, from the receptionist to the dentist. Wonderful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable dentist, very clean practice. I was advised for the procedure and cost involved in advance and in writing. I had the best experience ever, I strongly recommend this practice to all people who want a nice smile

Very happy with everything. Very clean and well decorated practice, nice and professional staff, getting an appointment straight away, extremely good and pain free treatments and an amazing dentist who made feel like being home.

Amazing dentist, amazing staff. After I had a toffee I broke my tooth. I got an appointment straight away. The dentist gave me different options about restoring my tooth.All the cost involved was given to me upfront and in writing. I did not get any pressure by anyone to accept any treatment. Since I was not in pain, I thought about that and then when I went back, I decided to have an all ceramic crown. I was pleased with the colour and generally with the result that I did not belive that it was not my tooth but a false one.

I had just moved to London and looking for a dentist and then i was recommended to this wonderful dentist by my neigbour. I am a heavy smoker and had a lot of stains on my teeth. I never believed that my teeth will look so white again. I had two hygenist sessions and air jet for polishing. The result was amazing. I could smile again. I got my confidence back. I definitely recommend this dentist to everyone.

I was seen as an emergency because I had a chipped front tooth. I was dissapointed with previous dentists because they could not get my tooth right. I was amazed how professionally my treatment was handled and how amazig was the result. The dentis was really wonderful, experienced, knowledgeable and explained to me step by step the whole procedure. I have already recommended the practice to my family and to my colleagues at work.

I can't believe this surgery has decided not to offer me any further appointments after missing one 2 years ago and the way the receptionist delivered this message was so unproffesional. Glad I am considered unworthy with this kind of treatment!

The dentist doesn't explain anything. It is the same dentist who is also the higenist.
Left me to choke on my own blood. The nurse was supposed to beginning suction but apparently forgot?

Worst of all - I was told my 2 front teeth were baby teeth and were likely to drop out around my 30s. I'm 26 and spent last 6 months worrying that I would be 'gappy' whilst waiting for £5000 implants (which I can't afford!) have now visited another dentist who said that simply is not true.

The cost of a higenist is £80!! (most are around £45) They used what felt like metal sandpaper between my teeth and left a gap which I didn't have before.

Have now been recommended city smile on hackney road. Went this morning and would highly recommend.

Just tried to book an appointment at this dentist, had the most terrible experience with possibly the rudest receptionist I have ever come across. All i was trying to do was book an appointment early in the morning or last thing in the evening, this was unacceptable to the receptionist who started accusing me of being uncooperative and unreasonable when I politely asked when the next appointment at one of those times was available. I would strongly suggest to anyone else thinking of using this practice to try elsewhere first and use this one only as a last resort.

I agree. The receptionist is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. He does not appear to want to give you information when you ask questions. It has totally put me off going to that clinic.
