Jazz Dental Practice

Absolutely horrendous service, where have all the previous staff gone?? I was totally surprised to see that all the staff have moved on...
I was told I would have to be seen as a private patient when I have registered 20 years ago as an NHS patient. I was told I would have to pay privately for scaling when the previous dentist has always done this on the NHS. I felt like I was at the shops the amount that I was trying to be sold. No longer feels like the homely surgery that it used to. Time to move on

I hadn't been to this dentist for a while as they kept fobbing off my problem. I was pleasantly surprised to find there is a new dentist who has taken over. My concerns were listened to and finally my ongoing problem was solved which was previously ignored by the old dentist. The surgery looks updated and very professional since I last came and it was a much more efficient service, no hanging around and seen on time!!

Best surgery ive been to, all the girls there are so helpful and go out of there way to help every time im in trouble. Always know what im having done and why and how much it will be. So glad to have such a good dentists.

Excellent NHS surgery! I have been coming to see a young female dentist the last few years and my care has been GREAT. The dentist & nurse are really funny and relaxed, not awkward like other places I have been to - they're more friends than dentist & nurse! Receptionist is lovely & helpful, everyone is very smiley and welcoming, my dentist phobia has totally disappeared. The practice is clean, welcoming and modern. Any dental problems of mine are quickly resolved, yes they do get booked up but I'm always happy to wait knowing I will see the same dentist each time. Don't rip you off either
