After 2 pregnancies i had terrible teeth after being recommended by a friend i went to see Dr Admed. I felt so reassured relaxed she resorted my confidence and was able to help me. After some months my teeth looked picture perfect i can honestly recommend this practice as they REALLY do care about you.

It was excellent service. I regularly go and get checked up. The staff are very friendly and everything is always on time. I would definately recommend going to Longwood Dental Surgery as i always get positive results.

Had my treatment done at the Longwood house and the service was absolutely incredible. For someone who hates the dentist, they were polite and I would highly recommend them, furthermore my teeth feel great!!!!! I always get compliments!

- try not to be a pushy sales person at every opportunity- try to be real instead of selling things and putting pressure on patients.. it's very uncomfortable and very scripted and really makes us lose faith in you.
- please improve time management skills: 9/10 u were always 20-40 mins late to see me
- don't ask receptionist to explain a dental procedure to me. .as it can lead to wrong information being told
- very squashed waiting room.. u have added 3 display units into a tiny room and now it feels very very squashed inside
- when u put on offers and deals and say it's for 2 weeks try to be truthful ...as u tell every patient that they r getting a discount all year round
- your dental room is soo small. Invest some of your profits to make it larger
- if u do all of the above I'm sure you will get more patients ... all the best

I am sorry thatvyou feel we did not provide you with the service you expected and that the size of our rooms were too small for you .
We take all comments very seriously and welcome feed back - we have some feed back and comments forms in the waiting toom - and would encourage you to complete this so that we can adress some of your issues to the dentist or clincian you have been seeing immediately .
Our receptionist is a qualified dental nurse and we feel equiped to answer some general questions about treatments we offer - however we do encourage all patients to ask their dentist the information they desire - this can be done in the consultation stage and /or at any visit with your dentist. All the dentists at the practice are more than happy to explain treatments to patients.
The offers you are talking about - are for Invisalign treatment , and yes they do run approx 2/3 x a year .This is set by the mismile network group and we have to folllow this . Personally I think its a good thing as we caan then offer there recommended discounts on invisalign treatments ( and the discounts and offers vary according to the offer at the time ) .
I am sorry tou felt pressured / but the offers have to be limited to a two week deadline as we have to provide the paperwork , application and your prescription for treatment within a time frame in order to obtain the discounted rates for you .
As for the premises / we have chosen to split the waiting room into a client lounge and seperate reception area - this was all open planned once - but the patients had no privacy at the reception desk.
In order to provide patients with the privacy to pay and discuss aspects of there treatments with the staff / nurse / reception without other members of yhe public listening in. We do feel this is more important.
We have 6 chairs in the client lounge and only two surgeries- the room seems to cater for two patients very confortably plus any family members they choose to bring .

We always place patient care and treatment first and so far over the 10 years the clinic has been running our feed back audits from our current clients show 100% satisfaction with service and treatment and all say they would happily recommend the clinic/ dentist to their friends and colleagues.
The success of the clinic is immense - we have over 40 local dentists referring difficult or specialist treatments to our clinic / the surgery was awarded best parctice in EAST ENGLAND within 2 years of opening and BEST PATIENT CARE IN 2016 by West Essex life . We have also recently this year been entered as one of the Top Physicians in the world.
The practice startes as a squat practice and has now over 2000 clients.

Very friendly staff and very gentle and kind dentist .
I was very nervous about visiting the dentist as I hadn't been for a few years.
I was immediately put at ease - the place was clean and beautiful .
The decor is 5star
- and the dentist I saw wAs dr ahmed .
She was so nice - she explained everything to me - and showed me my X-rays and how much the treatment would costs.
If your looking to be treated well - go here .
You will be very pleased .
