we had a terrible experience of hostile manners towards us at HoF near Monument area this Wednesday when shortly visiting the ground floor. A security person or someone like him and the shop assistants of that floor stared at us and we felt like we were suspected of being thieves or something. We were just looking at some bags and waiting to get to the Sky Garden' s Brasserie ( a prebooked lunch appointment) and decided NEVER again to visit your dep. stores if we come back to the UK.
