Recently doubled their prices in order to "offer" 50% discount.
When you buy the same household things frequently, you know the price. So when you go to the till and after the 50% is applied, you are still paying the same as if they weren't discounted, you know something is not quite right.
Terrible customer service too. Not helpful, very condescending and rude.
