I RECENTLY CHANGE FROM BOOTS IN CARDINAL PLACE BECAUSE OF THEIR SURLY UNHELPFUL ATTITUDE. SINCE GOING TO THE PHARMACY IN VICTORIA STREET I HAVE FELT A RETURN TO THE HELPFUL, CONCERNED ATTITUDE OF EVERYONE; SERVICE ALWAYS ASSOCIATED WITH BOOTS THE CHEMIST.THE PHARMACISTS HAVE TRIED THEIR UTMOST TO SUPPLY ME WITH ALL MY PRESCRIPTION NEEDS, TAKING THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS BEFORE SUGGESTING ALTERNATIVE MEDICINES. LOOKING FOR THE CONTACT DETAILS OF THIS BRANCH, I CAME ACROSS THE 2 PREVIOUS REVIEWS. I DIDN'T RECOGNISE THE SAME BRANCH AS THEY DESCRIBED IT. CLEARLY A LOT HAS IMPROVED SINCE 202I/22.

Strange place, really gone downhill regarding customer service. If you phone them they don't always answer and if you ask for the manager they say they don't know where she is.

I witnessed a customer being treated very badly by the store manager. I wanted to say something but I held back! Void this store the store manager is awful, unprofessional and rude to customers.
