is there something wrong with the telephone at Boots King Street? It rings and rings and nobody answers. There used to be an automatic reply which at least said "We are busy, Please try later". Now it just goes dead after a series of rings. It's useful to be able to phone the pharmacy just to see if some medication is ready.

Telephoned Boots this morning and went through the usual numbered options for each department. Chose 1 for pharmacy and was told that "caller is not available, Goodbye".
Very poor telephone service. Not a very good branch. Needs to improve customer service if it does not want to follow other high street stores into liquidation.

Repeat prescriptions not ready for collection leaving sick pensioners with no access to essential medicine. Several times I have had to return to the pharmacy the following day to collect medicines that were supposed to be prepared for collection days before. I would suggest better data input on computer system and better logistics management.

Well speaking from a GP surgery you can never get through to speak with the Pharmacist which is ridiculous. Terrible telephone service
