This is my local pharmacy but i have now unfortunately stopped using its services. Waiting times are really bad - sometimes you might end up waiting over 30mins for a simple prescription, the staff will always say it takes 10/15mins but normally you should double that!
The pharmacy staff try to be helpful but often lack basic knowledge for simple questions that a pharmacy counter staff should be able to answer - often have to end up waiting for the pharmacist to advise - which will lead to another 15 minutes wait...
we have started to use other chemist nearby and so far so good!!
