I found the pharmacist very rude and unhelpful this used to be my favourite chemist but the staff look stressed and they don't have time to talk to you like they used to and always made me feel better

Both the pharmacist and counter assistant are very friendly and helpful.

The pharmacist was extremely helpful in obtaining an unusual prescription item for me at very short notice. On more than one occasion, he was able to provide the items with- in 5-6 hours on the same day! He was most pleasant and the only chemist with-in a 1 mile radius of Hayes Town that could guarantee the item would be available for me to collect the same day. Brilliant service.
