I went recently for a smear test and I left there shocked. The staff were nice, but the condition the practice was in was terrible: no room/table suitable for a smear test (no leg rests), only a dirty lamp with poor lighting which caused the nurse to struggle with my smear test and made it more painful than any previous ones I've had.
Someone came into the room mid test, the nurse handed them something and failed to wash/sanitize their hands again... I felt truly sorry for the conditions the staff work in. Everything was cluttered and seemed old, dusty and dirty. Not to mention that the nurse completely ignored me when I tried to discuss my health history with them. Awful experience, never going back. I felt so horrible after this experience.
This place is great for phone appointments but in person it's a whole other experience.
