Very friendly service and helpful staff. The shop only shows a fraction of their products so I'll recommend doing some research in advance. The delivery appeared on time and I'm pleased with my purchase.
Go in before 12pm if you want your delivery the same day. They get booked up really quickly after that. :)
Ask for discount, they do look after you if your spending a decent amount of money.

Really impressed with LDA. I bought a new fridge freezer after my old one decided to go out on me! They delivered the same day and also took away my old one. On top they were cheaper than currys. Im happy and will be sending my mother in this week as she needs a new machine.

After moving into a new build in wapping, I visited LDA to purchase a washing machine, fridge and electric cooker. I got the best price by far and had my delivery the very next day. They were doing 10-20 deliveries in the same block. I'll recommend this company to anyone. thanks

Amazing service!! my oven broke down just before good friday. LDA managed to deliver a new bosch oven and have it all set up on Friday Morning. I'm sorry but i'm entirely sure, no-one else can offer that service. Thanks Shamsa for helping me out when I was in need.

Amazing, I stopped by this store to just have a nose around. Fell in love with a fridge freezer - that looks like a telephone box. Purchased and had it delivered the very next day. My mother in law bought the same on for £200 more from Argos. Another happy customer :D

I ordered a Bosch Double oven, Bosch couldn't deliver it to LDA in time for christmas, so LDA gave me a model up for no extra money. AMAZING!!!

After making 7 appointments and waiting for repair they eventually came and left the job unsatisfactory. Machine still not working aparently parts will need to be ordered and they don't no how long that will take. Weeks months?? I made a complaint about the service and the manager but I have learnt that father deals with complaints and his sons are the managers. So we all know how that ended! please record all conversations, all appointments missed and who you talk to as evidence. Otherwise they will deny all arrangements or promises ever made.They do lie unfortunately. Good luck!

I've always used LDA. When i moved into my new house in Wapping, I realised the previous owners had left a redundant appliance. I got straight on the phone to adeel and he booked an engineer to visit me that very evening. The engineer confirmed that I most definitely needed a replacement. Next day I had a shiny new washing machine all fitted in and working. You guys are amazing!!

I'll fully agree with Chris, I'm 22 and just purchased a new set off appliances for my mother this morning. The boy made sure I bought the best appliances for my budget and i got myself a great deal. I most definitely won't be visiting currys again!! especially after having 3 deliveries not turn!

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to disagree with all the negative comments left on this page. My company, city build construction, have been using LDA for 1-2 years now and have never had any problems with pricing nor attitude with any of there stores. I used the chaps in Bethnal Green and Chelmsford regularly. Comes down to the old saying 'If you haven’t got anything nice to say, don’t say anything'

I have to agree with Sam from London. I went to LDA first time and while I looked a round I observed their selling techniques. The men there are very passionate about their products and business they come across very theatrical,a bit over the top boasting about business. I did sense they make more money from the maturer customer or people who don't know much about the items they are buying. So they get seduced into paying a high price for a low value item. Sad really....and no I didn't buy nothing.

LDA offered me a washing machine £200 less than currys. I thought wow! the next day I took the money with me to buy the machine I was told "I am not going to sell for that price. the item is out of stock and I will not be getting them any more" etc he treated me quite rudely in front of other customers. I sent a friend in disguise 15 min later to enquire about the washing machine. apparently it is in stock and can be delivered the the next day! I found this very unprofessional and why lie? if you can deal with people like this by all means buy from there.

I found they really know how to suck people into buying. Especially the older generation. Very good at selling and saying how fabulous they are. But if u want good costumer service afterwards then dont buy from there. I caught them lying. Being rude and the manager ignores u for hours if u are there with a problem with the product. They are very agressive. They couldnt pull the wool over my eyes. But i have seen how how the use peoples lack of knowlede to their advantage.

This place has been around for years, and I'm very please that they've grown from a small local shop to a large dealer! mums machine broke down, so she came in on her own (she's 82) the salesman gave her all the attention she needed and even made sure her machine was delivered at a time to suit her! after our last 'HORRIFIC' experience with currys, we're glad we went back to LDA

I was let down by currys, the salesman actually misguided me when purchasing a cooker. I was told the appliance was fully gas, when in fact it was part gas/part electric. I cancelled the order, only then my neighbour recommended LDA. I bought the equivalent cooker in GAS and paid nearly £100 less. Never will i go elsewhere again!!

We hold exhibitions in locations around the world, where we test out specifically chosen models of home appliances. I needed 3 very specific Miele ovens, I checked with dealers up and down the country. LDA had it in stock and delivered the very next day. AMAZING!!

These guys can not keep promises, they often give you the run around!! Originally they will speak in a manner that seems as if they are the most proffesion people you could ever meet but as soon as they have pocketed your money you will be chasing them non stop!! The chocie of words are used in order to sucker the customer in but soon you will realise they just want your money!!

Purchased my first ever appliance from here, was recommended by a friend. Everything was perfect, I was able to book a 6pm-9pm delivery slot which was extremely handy. Drivers turned up at 10:30pm :O was a bit annoyed but they apologised. Oh well, at least they delivered and didn't call my delivery off till the next day! Overall - Happy Customer

I just had two very nice chaps turn up to deliver and install my new machine. Within 5 minutes I had my new Samsung machine installed and my old machine recycled. Price was great! and service was unbelievable! I just wish I had come across LDA much earlier.

After being let down by currys delivery team, knowhow. I stumbled upon LDA bethnal green. I explained that i don't live on the ground floor, i live on the 3rd floor without a lift. The salesman explained that we deliver anywhere that is physically possible. I ordered a machine and it arrived the following morning at 8am sharp. Great delivery drivers. Most of all, my washer cost me less than what is was on sale for at currys. terrific

I've purchased from currys, argos, john lewis, several internet websites. Never have i received great service like LDA provided me with. I arranged for a call out from LDA, engineer attended within the 3 hour window i was informed of via text. Engineer confirmed that my fridge was beyond the means of a economical repair. The store called me after 2 hours and quoted me for a few models. I pirchased and specifically asked to have the delivery men around af 10am sharp the following morning, door bell rings at 9:55am. Chap installed my fridge, i leave a good review :)

This is the first review i have left in my life, i felt a need to tell others what a great place this is. I did have to wait, only because all 4 salesmans were busy attending other customers. As i walked in, i was asked by a young man to just bear with him while he finished taking a card payment for a customer. As soon as he finished, he ran over to me and apologised sincerely for making me wait 5 minutes (after just coming from the local currys and having to wait an hour before i was acknwledged, i was chuffed) I told the chap what i needed, he showed me, and i bought, he delivered in 1 hr!

this store is absolutely fantastic, service is splendid! all the staff are definitely enthusiastic about the products and know exactly how to make a customer feel special! when i walked in to purchase my fridge freezer, all three salesman were talking to atleast three customers each and yet surprisingly keeping each customers needs satisfied! I was acknowledged by it seems like the manager and respectfully asked to jus bear with him while he was completing and booking in deliveries! once he was done, the chap walked straight over to me, apologised sincerely and dealt with me! absolutely great!

The best shop i've been to in a very very very long time! The salesman was down to earth and straight forward. I've been a used car salesman for majority of my life so i know every sales technique in the book. The salesman at the store didn't use ANY! I just bought it because of the level of experience this man had, how quick he could deliver and most importantly the price. I've already reccomended this place to all my friends.

A friend recommended this store to me, I visited on a Saturday with the intention to just have a look at prices, models and etc. After speaking to a salesman for an hour, during this time he showed me literally every fridge freezer available for me. I was so impressed, I did place an order and had my fridge delivered the same day! HOW COOL IS THAT??

I didn't get a chance to visit the showroom in person, I placed an order for a bosch washer dryer over the phone. Its almost impossible to believe that i bought my appliance at the best price available in the country from this store!! I received a service that will make John Lewis envious! I will reccomend this place to anyone and everyone as well as visit to place an order for a much needed fridge freezer!

i thought buying a fridge freezer was a difficult job, the salesman at the store made my life easy and stress free! i bought a new fridge and had it delivered the same night!! this little gem of a place gets very very busy, but somehow everyone gets seen to and there needs fulfilled!! i wouldn't imagine going anywhere else!

I had bought a brand new cooker for my house a long time ago from here, and since the service provided to me was great I went back after a year to buy a brand new fridge, cooker and a washing machine for my new house. The manager is very friendly and very very hard working! Mr Mehmood and his son are doing an amazing job! Best of all they give a free delivery on the same day! I would definately recommend to my friends!!
