I love this shop. The staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable. It's an Aladdin's cave of products, rarely do I not find something I need and even then they'll try and help find a product if they don't have it in stock. Whether you're after a bin bag or a washing machine the staff will give you the help you need.
Thoroughly recommended.

DON’T PAY OVER THE PHONE FOR AN ITEM
Really disappointed with the way I was spoken to by the manager. I came in to pick up an item for which I had already paid and was treated with contempt due to the fact that they had no record of my having paid and was told that I couldn’t possibly have done so. I asked for an order number over the phone when I initially paid but was told that I would not need one. No apology given and rudeness prevailed.

Excellent service, customer friendly, have wide range of stock and can answer queries. Just the kind of friendly, efficient neighbourhood service we need in our shopping centres, but usually don't have. Bravo Selectric Blackheath!

Splendid stock and exceptional service. They know what I need from non-technical description and will fit batteries etc.
