The previous review is so not true. The guy charged the call-out fees and stayed for maybe 2 mins WITHOUT TOUCHING OUR MACHINE!!! And told us we need to buy a new one (from his shop), then the call-out charge can be deducted.

I use Britesa for dishwasher repairs and sometimes for my washing machine. The engineers often come same day, definately next and do return your calls if you leave a message whilst they are out of the shop! Haven't had a problem yet they can't fix and I find their charge outs reasonable (£30-£35). They will sometimes fix minor faults within this price too. Recommended.
