Eventually windows were done, otherwise would give them ZERO.
Didnt fit privacy fim properly.
Didnt fit trickle vents at all -even though these should be a standard component for ventilation.
Roller control for internal blinds faulty, scratched the window glass.
Failed to replace. Failed to accept responsibility for damage.
Poor standards. Painfully slow to respond. Inadequate 'couldn't care less attitude'
They removed and refiited windows. We bought a new roller control. Our windows are permanently scratched
