A very unique experience awaits you if you decide to shop for doors here. A very colorful family run business run by three generations. My husband and I were treated like people and not pieces of meat. Their knowledge of the door trade is overwhelming. We spent most of our visit laughing and basically being served by what is essentially our own personal shopper. From entry the same guy, Vic showed us many many doors and probably moved fifty doors about without a single complaint. He seemed to enjoy the work!! He then talked us through all the locks Etc PERFECT!

went to a few stores including the popular high street names and ended up here on a recommendation from a friend. we saw a door we loved and the people there were all very friendly and helpful. in total we paid £535 including installation. the guy that fitted the door was very helpful. the door we ordered was a tad small but he went out and found a matching piece of wood and extended the door to fit. you wouldn't notice the extra add on the work was that good. highly recommend. good selection and prices.

Don't know what the other reviews are talking about. Good doors at competitive prices. Plus great service. It's a small family run company so a good personalised service. If you want the impersonal service go to a large DIY store. They were recommended to me and after buying a door, can see why.

Was sceptical about using this shop because of bad reviews, but they had a stained glass design I liked a lot. I brought them a plain bathroom door and they arranged for beautiful Victorian stained glass inserts of the same design to be fitted into my door. It looks fantastic. Would recommend!

New door ordered , and delivered. The door was damaged so went to the store to ask them to arrange to take damaged door away and replace it with an undamaged door. Customer service was non existent and the staff/owners were very rude and did not want to know or help. I wish I had read the reviews here before I placed my order.
