I bought a Brother machine from this shop, I saw it on their website first and decided to buy it from the shop as I could check it out, the guy who served me was very knowledgeable and really helped me out over and above normal customer service. Also he always returns my calls as this is my firstime using industrial machine

The garments consists of mostly eveing and cocktail dresses. I said i had a budget of £150 and was taken immediatly to the £200 plus section. Lots of dresses from sized 8 to 16, some designer, mostly extravagent suited for balls and dressy events. So on the whole, if you have £200 upwards then you may find somethihg of your liking.

The service however, from a stern faced woman who kept persisting that only garments of £250 plus were going to fit my size 16 frame. I found her very persistent and not hearing that my budget could not stretch a penny over £165 and that it did not matter who designed it or the quality of crystals ect.. She also refused to take a deposit for anytyhing under £250 but changed her mind when i got fed up with attitude and was walking out the door!

I found her manner cold and unfriendly and although I did finally purchase a garment, I could not get it until 1 month later for her to make minor adjustments to sphagetti straps.

I wouldnt go back unless i was reaslly stuck for options.


On the whole, dresses are nice, not budget at all and you pay highly for what you get.
