A warm welcome greeted us and we were happy with the suits we chose. It went downhill from there - on collection the jackets were stained, no-one checked that we had all the right bits and on the day of the wedding found they had not given us the shirt and didn't offer compensation - very stressful

Sadly our suits were not ready on time, both jackets were stained, collection took 40 minutes and crucially no-one went through the items with us; day of the wedding we discover that one white shirt was missing - disaster! Customer service was good initially but when things went wrong - appalling.
