Took a pair of shorts to Kleencare to be shortened by 1.5". Shorts weren't ready aon alloted day for collection. Got a call next day to say shorts were ready. Collected shorts, paid money, got home to find shorts were untouched. They'd charged £8.40 for doing nothing.
