They do a great job with their cleaning, but if you work, like I do, they are never open as advertised, e.g. When I want to drop some clothes in on the school run, nope, carried my dirty jacket or coat for nothing... go after work, at 6ish, nope closed again. As I said, they're great at what they do, when they're available, which is a shame and not very customer focussed. Shame really because they could be a real success if only they were open when they say they should be!

I brought in a load of clothes in epically bad state which I had to sort out in a limited time. Whitehouse were incredibly helpful. They tried their hardest (and succeeded). I picked up the load in a perfect state.

I would trust them with the most precious.
