I paid £12.50 for them to replace a broken zipper but all they did was replace the zipper pull, and refused to discuss this with me in a civil way. This obviously does not solve anything as the zipper pull will just come off when I next use the zipper as a few teeth are missing. The staff member shouted at me and got aggressive when I asked for the job to be done as agreed or return my money. He shouted me out of the shop. I'm very disappointed and feel that I've been taken advantage of, as I have paid $12.50 but still have a broken zipper on my bag, making the bag unusable.
