Exclusive

I've been taking my shirts and suits here for years and have never had a problem. The guys who work here are friendly and remember my name when I come in. They have done some last minute repairs as well very quickly and sometimes on the spot. My clothes are always done quickly and I take some other things that I can't get the stains out and they always do the job.
I actually tried another dry cleaner up the road once but came straight back to Exclusive as I wasn't happy with the finish of the other place.

Won't be returning after an expensive dress was damaged beyond repair. Mistakes happen - but there is no excuse for the bad customer service that followed, especially as I believe I had been more than reasonable.

Plenty of competitors locally so I will take my custom somewhere that I can trust the service and be treated with respect.
