My first time was very welcoming and very fast service and excellent communication skills and got a discount on my suit and shirts so was really happy

Dry cleaning quality is fine.
Turn around speed is great.
Price is good when I wasn't deliberately overcharged.
I lost my ticket that had said £5 per item. I had submitted 2 items.
When I went in to pay, the lady said that's £10, only to be corrected by her colleague who took one look at me and hiked the price to £15.
Bravo, that was a costly mistake, I was a new, but regular customer. I won't be back.
