Hudson's Dry Cleaners

Never had a problem with Hudsons. They have always explained potential issues in advance like marks not coming out or buttons that could be damaged. When I missed the pick up a few weeks ago because the dry cleaner on Sidcup High Street was shut when it should have been open, she ensured to get my son's school suits done for Monday morning and she did.

They were unable to clean my daughter's white satin dress properly (similar to a bridesmaid or wedding dress). Firstly, they didn't tell me it was still stained before I paid £15. Secondly, after I inspected it in-store and they acknowledged it was still stained, they didn't offer even a partial refund. They shouldn't charge for the service in these circumstances.

take my winter down coat to dry clean,when I pick up,found it still quite dirty in some area,the staff said that's the color it is,unacceptable service.

I took dry cleaning here and it was absolutely terrible. Asked for it to be folded and packaged and was advised that's fine will be extra. I Picked it up and was absolutely ripped of. Got home and the stuff is not even ironing. Absolutely appalling.
