I took my lovely trenchcoat for drycleaning, explicitly stating that my belt shouldn't be cleaned (having read the instructions). When I picked it up, the belt was destroyed. The lady in charge took absolutely no responsibility and was rude and unhelpful (her remark was: if it were leather, it would haven't been ok??!). If I could leave no stars I would. One is too many. Avoid if you can!
