I have used Smartline on numerous occasions since moving to the area in March 2018 and have been happy with the result. However I recently had a pair of suit trousers shortened which I believe to be a pretty straight forward procedure for a business that offers a specialist service. However 2 weeks after receiving the trousers back the alteration on the left leg had completely come undone for no apparent reason. I took the pair of trousers back to Smartline to explain the situation and considering i have worn the trousers twice in this period of time to see what they could do. However the service I received was quite frankly rude. The lady offered no solution to the problem and apology for the hassle. She then proceeded to try and charge me FULL price again to send them away to get redone which was not something I was prepared to do.
