I have recently taken a Dry Cleaning to this place, having switched my usual Dry Cleaners due to bad service. I must say, I was very delighted with the service I received at Tuxedo Express and will definitely be going back there.
Customer Service: I would give the customer service, 7/10. Having been my first visit I haven't had much time to judge however upon being served the clerk was very helpful to my needs. I needed my clothes back within the same day, and they managed to get in ready for me just under 2 hours. They also pointed out a few stains to me that I was unaware of before and explained how they would remove it. The clerk was also very cheerful and funny.
Dry Cleaning: I would give the quality of the clean 8/10. Having been a bit sceptical, due to my experience at my previous Dry Cleaners. I checked my clothes while in the shop and was delighted to see my clothes crystal clean.
Location: Just on the main Tooting Broadway junction by opposite the station. 8/10
Value: Much cheaper than my previous Dry Cleaners. I can get my trousers shorted for £7. My previous Dry Cleaners wanted almost double! 8/10
Overall: 8/10

I cannot stress this enough - do not take clothing that you value into this establishment, or for that matter clothing that anyone would value.
Not only has the item that we took into Tuxedo Express been stolen (£120 pair of suit trousers) but we paid £7.20 for the priviledge of being ripped off and screamed at by the aggressive owner.
My boyfriend took an expensive pair of grey suit trousers into Tuxedo Express to get them hemmed. Three days later I went to pick them up and was given a pair of grey suit trousers (I admit fault here, I did not check them, I was in a rush). When my partner took the trousers out of the dry-cleaners bag later that evening it seemed we had been given a pair of what can only be described as tramps trousers, which were several sizes too large. We assumed that this was an honest mistake and arranged to pick the correct trousers up the following day. When my partner went to drop the trousers back the owner flew into a blind rage telling him he was a conn-artist, at this point he phoned and ask me to bring down the suit jacket to prove his innocence. Which I did, this was when the proprieter turned his attention me...so we left, minus the suit trousers, minus the £7.20 and at a total loss at to what to do - hence the review.
I hope this puts off any new business, serious if you're fond of your clothing DO NOT give them to this man.
