Ruined £100 leather belt despite every possible instruction and promise on finish. Nothing but false promises. Used cheap domestics tools and didn’t even measure until I insisted he did. Incompetence personified.

Will be returning tomorrow for full refund of damaged goods. Repairing report to police for criminal damage and fraud. The previous owner was great which is why I went there but new personnel nothing but people I suspect are more adept at washing money than clothes.
Refused to give receipt. Good thing I have a witness and photo and video evidence of belt before, during and after including serial number on label.

the worst dry cleaners i have used. will never use them again! i won't even trust them with my dish cloth, let alone anything of value!
