Marshall Laundry & Dry Cleaning Service

This launderette company i used to use years back and was not really satisfied but i passed by and they have had a new upgrade, facia, machines and looks like staff too. i put them to the test and honestly was shocked at the change of mannerism in the staff and the way they conducted my cleaning. Guess a leopard can change its spots after all!

Overcharged me by 8£ today and shadily asked if I wanted a receipt. I questioned the amount and was fobbed off. Awful place. First it was not ready when they had promised and then they ripped me off blind. A friend of mine had warned me that they had become rude and bad, I should have listened!! I should not have gone back and never will!!

New prices!!! Apparently they have “updated” their prices!! Read all the reviews and figured this would be a perfect chance for us to get a load of laundry done while we did some sightseeing and we were met with an unpleasant employee who said it was 28 pound sterling for 1 load of laundry (small basket!) Gave me a scoff when I said that was a bit more than I had read previously about this location.

Won’t be going here ever again!! I would avoid unless you want to pay hotel prices for rude customer service.

Worst laundry I've ever used, 3 t-shirts stained and ruined and my jersey was handed to me in a plastic bags cause it didn't "dry" fast enough.

It took 3 washes to get the wet & mouldy smell out of the jersey.

They still had the audacity to charge me the full £18, if you value your clothes never go to this laundry.

I've live on Marshall street 6 years and have used this Laundry Service for that time. They always have my clothes done with in 2 hours and all neatly folded and smelling fresh. I have found for more tough stains they aren't so good but over all very happy with the service. Thank you

I took in 2 dresses for dry cleaning. It's pretty easy to tell when a white item is clean. It wasn't. Both dresses still grubby, and crumpled to boot. I'd swear they didn't do anything other than hang them up and put a plastic wrapper on. Improvement: actually clean things, please.

I shall not use this place again! On two successive visits they managed to lose two expensive towels and a bathmat! Quite how such large items can be lost in a small laundry is beyond me, but I am now £70 out of pocket.
