They give a thoughtful and wonderful service, I completely trusted them with my daughter's wedding dress - but where have they gone, the Goldhawk Road shop has closed? Help!!

Mayflower Cleaners is outstanding. Their knowledge, integrity, professionalism and kindness is unsurpassed. Their care and attention for a 120 year old christening dress was particularly valued. For special items, you are in good hands at Mayflower.

I would like to thank Mayflower for cleaning my Amanda Wakeley silk evening dress which had a big oily stain on it. They had warned me that the stain might get cleaned but the area might loose colour. On top of the stain the dress was full with beads that might have come off. They have done a perfect job with stain gone and colour unchanged and all beads in place! Knowing their good reputation, I chose them and not a cleaner in Chelsea where I live. Definitely worth a try for anybody looking for a new place to clean expensive garments. Mrs Zeynep O

Fantastic work, on all materials and items.
They are the only one who were willing to clean an expensive designer dress, and they did a great job with it.
I have only trusted them since then. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing service - thoughtful, caring, efficient and knowledgeable. They have cleaned two of my delicate silk dresses with stains and got ALL the stains out. The dresses look new! No other dry cleaner in London has been able to do this without damaging the silk. I highly recommend Mayflower Dry Cleaners.

Mayflower cleaners do a wonderful job. Being a travelling man I often drop in my bag of clothes and without question they know who you are and remember your specific requests so the next time they will ask you if you want that service. They specialise in leather bags and I had my leather mulberry mans bag cleaned and it came out really nice.

Would recommend them to anyone.

I took an expensive dress that I had had dry cleaned in my area in South East London and had ended up showing awful stains and marks, which were not visible before. It was the case of having a final attempt to dry cleaning or buying a new dress. The young man examining the dress was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He did a marvellous job (within an hour!!!)and removed all the stains on the dress. I shall travel all the way from Lewisham again when I need a specialised dry cleaner and a first class customer service

I have an old Prada handbag that I love but it needed a clean,as it was very soft leather I really didn't know what to do as I didn't want to make it worse. Each time it rained it just got worse and more stained. I sent it away to Mayflower Cleaners having spoken to a lovely lady called Josie who was so helpful. When she received the bag she rang me to say that she couldn't really guarantee that the bag could be cleaned but she would have a go on a small piece of the leather on the inside if I didn't mind. She did a fantastic job and I was so thrilled when I received my bag back! Thank you

I took a my suit to Mayflower cleaners today to remove the stain on the jacket. they truly the best. They have taken the stain out completely where other two cleaners told me that they can not take the stain out.

I brought my dress to Mayflower dry cleaners to be tailored as it was not fitting around my bust. I was slightly apprehensive putting my £180 dress into a dry cleaners I didn't know. However the man who tailored the dress assured me he had "over 40 years of experience" so I left the dress in his care to be adjusted. When I returned to pick my dress up , the ruffles at the bottom had all come part , the zip was therefore showing on the bottom part of the dress also he had snapped the bone that holds the corset part together, not only that , but it still didn't fit.I called their office and spoke to a lady who apologised for this and advised that I brought the dress back in to adjust it and complete it to my satisfactory. I live in North West London and I work in Shepards Bush hence why I brought it there. On my Saturday Afternoon off work , I done what the lady advised and brought the dress to the dry cleaners, only for the man to do nothing on my dress and make excuses as to why he could not repair his mistake. Not only that , but he refused abruptly not to give the £25 I paid . I am now bringing this dispute to a small claims court as I am so disgusted with this lack of professionalism and the negligence of someone who claims to have over "40 years of experience" I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BRING ANYTHING TO THIS DRY CLEANERS ...AS YOU CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE PLEASED.

I was very nervous about leaving my beige designer handbag into Mayflower for cleaning. I needn't have worried as i just got it back and there is no damage but nor is it any cleaner than when it went in. Maybe my expectations were too high - the staff don't speak much english so they unable to give an indication of what i could expect. Overall a waste of £60 though - i could have achieved the same result with a damp cloth.

Also, there was a small tear which i paid an extra £12 to get patched. They were supposed to use a leather patch but instead it appears to have been stiched and glued. The repair is fine but shouldn't have cost £12.

On a positive note, their free delivery service is good.
