Smart's Dry Cleaners

I have used them for seven or more years. I don't take tickets and have an account. They have never lost anything and are always friendly and efficient. They do mending well too. Thoroughly recommended.

I have four holes in my skirt from where they put safety pins through to "hang" it on the hanger. Why they couldn't use the string loops on the inside of the skirt (which are for precisely this), I don't know.

A truly abysmal Dry Cleaner. The back of the shop and the ticketing system is in such disarray that customers have to physically come behind the counter to pick out their items!

They lost a suit of mine and told me it was "tough luck" in terms in terms of any form of compensation. He even claimed that I had picked it up already and told me to check my wardrobes!! I was stunned by their arrogance. I eventually went to the back of the shop and found it myself within 30 seconds, wading through the many other lost items.
