AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
The tailor altered a dress for me for a wedding. Had to go back 4 times in 2 days (on one occasion waiting 2.5 hours at 8pm on a Fri night) as the alterations kept being done incorrectly - the tailor had NINE attempts at the dress. Needless to say, he had no clue what he was doing. Damaged the dress in SO many places (holes, stitch marks, wonky stitching, additional buttons, even tried to use PEN on it at one point) and still would not refund me the £40 I was charged.
I tried to complain but was told to "shut your mouth, darling" and if I wanted my money back, Ali said he'd see me in court....

Every town needs its essential services and these days it’s particularly difficult to find services that reflect the high prices and quality of service. I take a keen interest in my apparent and quality of clothes my moto is attention to detail so I was not only pleasantly surprised with the high standard of cleaning but the low cost also . But of all the hidden gifts behind big smiles and clean surroundings was the personal touch taking me back when the customer was “King” such politeness and acumen is now rare it took me back . I thought let me try an alteration along with dry cleaning and thier faultless care an attention has made me a loyal customer I recommend this business highly .
