Leyton One Hour Dry Cleaners

I paid in advance for a 2 day service.
Arrived on the 3rd day only to be kept waiting and told that my coat wasn't ready. The coat was found close to the floor under a pile of dirty clothes belonging to other customers and I was told to come back after 3 hours. After 3 hrs, kept waiting again with no apology.
Dry cleaner said there was really bad staining because I used the jacket on the train. I have never worn the jacket on the train and there was no bad staining when I dropped the jacket off! Could be the dirty premises!
Jacket looked like it was hung up on the hanger and not even ironed. Probably not even cleaned.
I basically got charged £12 for the hanger and waste of my time.
Disappointed with the service and experience altogether! Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone - you would just get robbed!
Total disrespect of peoples clothing, we pay good money and expect to have our belongings treated with care!

Worse Customer service experience I have received in my life...they have lost a shirt, had to wait for 30 min and at the end they wanted to give me the shirt of someone else ( from ASDA)...

I have paid the price for 5 shirts and left with my 4 shirts and I was treated like I was the one who did the mistake...

should be avoided at all cost!!!!!
