We have no record of a mr philip marsden on our database, which does not surprise me at all as this post is a hoax. For the record if in the highly unlikely event that a garment was lost or damaged whilst in our care we would rectify the situation as per our terms and conditions set out on our website to the satisfaction of both the client and ourselves.
