Dreadful service, argumentative and rude.
After purchase of radio ,returned it next day told by male I was not pressing the button hard enough and he did not have time to show me.
Returned next day female told me that despite her unable to make work , it was me but allowed me to exchange for a more expensive brand because ( despite there being no one else in the store ) she couldn’t be bothered to waste time on me. She then became argumentative because I would not take out an extended warranty !
Will spend my money elsewhere in future despite them being local to me.

Totally useless service and company - I expect they will likely go under soon so be very careful when ordering anything as you may be left out of pocket.

I have been waiting for over a week to hear back on a repair of a new (2 weeks old). printer, since I dropped it off a week ago (last Friday)

was told they would be calling me today i have been calling all morning but no reply then they hung up once they did answer, so had to start all over again and still no reply, terrible place to have to call, you can never find a sales person on the floor, so was not surprised when they never answered the phone . going to argos now .
