Really shocked by this company. Whilst the guy did answer my call and came out fairly quickly to fix my oven, he has charged me £78 and he was here for less than 10 minutes! Absolutely shocked by this, particular in these difficult Covid times. I wished I’d found a you tube video to attempt it myself. And that’s not even including parts and I bought the part myself!

I honestly don’t know how this business has been running. When I took my two dysons for repair, the gentleman was very nice and said he would call back with a quote the same day. It all went downhill from there. I ended up picking my vaccums untouched two weeks later. Their repair guy was sick, which is understandable, but the responses I got were really rude and nothing you’d expect from a business. I got all kinds of swearing and threats when I went to pick them up today. No matter how bad a day you are having, this really is no way of treating a customer. They Definitely need to improve their service but I would never want to be treated like this again.

I used this company to repair a broken door handle on a washer dryer. They quoted about 65 quid, but sent a bill for over 100. They tried to charge 32 quid for a part for which the manufacturer charges 14. They also charged more for the labour costs than they quoted. When I queried the bill, they said that they always charged 10 quid extra for 'over the river' (I told them where it was at the start). They also said they didn't buy the parts from the manufacturer which is why they cost more!!! At least they did knock about 20 quid off the bill when I argued, but I will not use them again.

Great honest people and really good. Came to one of my houses and straight forward honest evaluation. I skipped the fridge freezer rather than repair it.
Great reputation and when I was last there they kept on winning the best local shop award year after year.
Im really surprised there were no other reviews!
