But I will like to make some suggestions
If the website can include a session on
What documents are required for particular that one gonna make ie passport, NICOP etc in a bullet fashion
If they can what will happen once u there and sign post every room and put up a board to explain the steps of the procedure .

Once again, like thousands of Pakistani-origin people in the UK, I had perforce to visit the Pakistani High Commission for some work-- something that everyone dreads. It is actually quite sad, that despite all these long years (and Ive been going there since the late 1960s) the (a) generally negative staff attitude (b) lack of helpfulness and courtesy and (c) bureaucratic red-tapism has persisted, even got worse over time.
Once again, I was subjected to a long, tiring and humiliating rigmarole, with little actually getting done and only leaving me tired and disillusioned (am 65 years old this year)and dreading my next visit. I dont know why the staff is so rude and over-bearing and why they cant answer things straight and be generally helpful? isnt that supposed to be part of the diplomatic process, the reason these folk are here, 'representing' their nation? One always comes away with a rather bad taste in one's mouth, a sense of frustration and anger and also, some pity for all of our relatives and dear ones living under such bureaucratic nonsense, without any proper accountability, back in Pakistan. No wonder everybody there wants to shift to the UK! Believe me, nothing here is even a tiny bit as bad as things there; except in this little 'microcosm' in London.
Also-I cant figure out why the Pakistan HC dont utilise their website properly, when they have one that is supposed to be 'interactive'? Its a mess in itself, with lots of useless info and doesnt even provide a list of detailed contacts/officials there, so one may attempt to contact them from the safety and comfort of one's home; without exposure to their tantrums. But then, thats the whole purpose isnt it? Getting people to come over and be made to suffer.
I really must protest this sort of treatment most vehemently and must request the Pakistani authorities to do something to change the pathetic 'status quo'.

Worst place to be in. Staff extremely rude, arrogant and very very unprofessional. They treat everyone like slaves. If not sure of anything don't bother asking, as instead of answer you will get attitude.
I would give them 0/10 for EVERYTHING. They need to sort this out.
A lady asked one of the staff "Excuse me, can I ask you a question please?" Staff goes NO! and walks off.
This is a very common incident, I have seen and heard worst than these. I wanted to complain, went to their website and found out the same guy who said no to the lady takes complains.

Pakistani embassy is disoragnised, lack of space, poorly staffed and do not set out specific requirements to bring with you.. They are rubbish and should all be sacked.

The High Commission of Pakistan is situated in an amazingly enviable position with the super rich on your door step.
Despite “extensive renovations”, as soon as you enter you are greeted by a dated and clinical atmosphere – and I don’t mean that in a trendy way! There is seemingly lax security and the it is hard to differentiate staff from visitor. There are no name tags and no formal uniform. Staff have no sense of speaking to visitors and come across as rude, arrogant and seemingly uneducated. They lack the etiquette and mannerisms and have trouble speaking Urdu eloquently let alone English.
If you’re new and lost at the place, they will shout at you! However, if you argue back don’t expect the work you came to get done to be sorted. Their seems to be no order in the place.
I am not a rare case.
I hope the staff get much needed training and some honestly need to be sent packing. These people are a bad representation of Pakistan.
